I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, but when it came time for me to buy my first home, the beautiful Hudson Valley was the obvious choice for me. Admittedly many of my friends and family thought I was “nuts to move so far away.” Not surprisingly, almost 20 years later, many of these same people have since joined me in making their home in the peaceful Hudson Valley. Moving further and further North from Brooklyn to Monroe, then to Washingtonville and New Windsor, I eventually made my way to Marbletown, where my husband and I along with our two sons have settled into our dream home on the Esopus Creek. I should mention that Ulster County is a great place to raise a family! From my own personal experience, I know the challenges involved in moving, whether its 100 miles away or just a couple of miles up the road. Buying and/or selling your home can be overwhelming and is often a bittersweet time of transition. The best remedy for dealing with the complexities of any real estate transaction is often the reliable assistance of a licensed REALTOR®. As a result of my 13+ years of Accounting work, I am detail-oriented and very organized. My work experience with an environmental engineering company has also proven very useful. Most importantly, I love working with people, so helping my clients successfully accomplish their real estate objectives is incredibly rewarding for me. If you are new to the area, it would be my pleasure to provide you with information about our exceptional schools, churches, and local businesses, as well as, community, legal, and financial services that are available. If you are thinking about selling your home, I will gladly provide you with a free Comparative Market Analysis to get started. As your REALTOR®, I will listen carefully to what you really want and need and I will communicate honestly about how the existing market conditions may or may not effect your expectations. My intention as your real estate professional is to have an overall positive influence on the process while helping you move in the right direction of your real estate goals.
